Attachment file not found

Attachment file not found

If an attachment is added to a transaction and is fairly large, FINET will create a zip file for it.

To open the attachment, click the "download" button at the very top of the screen on the right, not the download next to the attachment (please see screenshot below).



 After selecting the "download" button go to your downloads and "Open File"





Once hitting "Open File" the downloaded attachments should appear and clicked to open.
