COGNOS does not open / COGNOS URL not found

Oddly when attempting to open Finance Cognos, the URL ufbi.finance.utah.gov/bi/bi may come up

This .../bi/bi URL will not open cognos. It will display the Not Found error.

Instead , make sure you are the correct URL, when using type ahead in your browser.

OR- go to datawarehouse.finance.utah.gov and click the link titled New Cognos/FINET Reports
