What should I do if my form will not load correctly off of the website?

Answer

If you have attempted to load a form from https://finance.utah.gov/forms/, but it does not load correctly, please follow the steps below.

1.     Right click on form you are looking to use

2.    Select “save link as”

3.    Save the form as PDF

4.    Enter the PDF through Adobe and select “Enable All Features” on the top right of the screen
