Problem

An error is received when trying to access. ODBC call failed  Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126: The specified module could not be found. (Adaptive Server Enterprise, C:\Sybase\DataAccess\ODBC\dll\sybdrvo.dll)(#160)

Solution if you do not have administrator rights

Create a service now request through DTS. Most likely, it is related to ODBC not being configured correctly and it will be required to reinstall the Sybase client.

Steps to Follow if you have Administrator Rights to your computer

  1. Access the Data Warehouse web page at https://finance.utah.gov/data-warehouse/
  2. Hover the mouse over the "More" link in the upper right of the page
  3. Select ODBC Setup and Downloads
  4. Login with your Utah ID
  5. Select: "Install SAP ASE 16 Client .docx" to download the setup instructions
  6. Select: 51047970 to download the installation files
  7. Follow the instructions to install ODBC
