Update email addresses which receive FINET Interface notices

Update email addresses which receive FINET Interface notices

The email addresses which receive confirmation of BASE or other interface files that are uploaded into FINET, are listed in the transmission file generated by the agency and transmitted to FINET.

 

One example is 400GAX20211118133302_BASE.txt, or such.

 

Since the email addresses are included in the agency transmission files which upload automatically, Finance is NOT able to remove email addresses.

 

Instead, the agency generating the transmission files needs to have their agency contact remove the email addresses from the transmission files.
