Unit Price is not equal to the referenced Unit Price. (A1665)
Title
Unit Price is Not
Equal to the referenced Unit Price (A1665)
Problem
You cannot change the
unit price on a payment document that references a Purchase
Order (PO, DO, PD).
The unit price must be
the same on both the payment and the Purchase Order. If the Purchase Order is
for a quantity of one and a dollar amount and you want to make a partial payment,
you need to calculate what fraction of the quantity will equal the amount you
want to pay.
Example
PO with Quantity of 1
and a unit price of $16,030.00 with desired payment of $8015.00
$8,015.00/$16,030.00=.5 Unit for Payment
