Re-assign documents from a worklist

Problem

A document that has been assigned to a specific person for approval, but needs to be re-assigned so it can be approved by someone else.


Step by Step Guide To Re-Assigning a Document 


  1. Select: Message Center
  2. Select:  Worklist
  3. Select the desired Worklist
  4. Select: Manager Worklist
  5. Select the document(s) that need to be moved
  6. Select Take Task if you wish to re-assign the task to yourself or Return Task if you wish to return it to the original Worklist
