Troubleshooting W-2 Display

I signed up for electronic W-2 but I can't see it

1.   Go to the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome window and select Settings:

2.   In the search bar, located at the top of the screen, type "PDF" and then select "site settings"

3.   Depending on your Chrome version:  Scroll down the page and select "PDF documents"  (may have to click on "additional content settings")

   4.  If the toggle button is blue (turned on) or has "download PDFs checked (blue),  select it and move it to the left so it's gray (turned off - or just unchecked)

(Gray and off is the correct setting)

OR "Open PDFs in Chrome" is checked

You should now be able to go back into ESS and view your W-2 (make sure you are sign out when you make this change and then sign back in).
