How can I search to get a list of GAXs (documents) for a certain time frame

I'm attempting to find a way to run a report or make a search for all GAXs submitted from July 1, 2025 to Month 13 of FY 2025 for certain departments. 
We are trying to see averages for the amount of time it takes for departments to pay an invoice after approval of invoice. 
  • When in Vantage, type "JACTG" in the search bar
  • Click on "show more" to see all the filter criteria
  • In "Transaction Record Date", type the date you're looking for.  Can use <, >.  (">06/30/2025")
  • In "Fiscal Year", type the FY (2025)
  • In "Transaction Code", type the department code ("GAX") 
  • In "Department", type the department number.  You can have more than one; separate the department numbers with a comma.
