Can I process a negative amount PRC in order to correct a contract?
No, a negative amount is not possible for a PRC. If a payment was approved under the wrong contract, you would need to have the original PRC cancelled, including the associated disbursement (i.e. AD or EFT transaction shown by clicking Transaction References--> Forward from top 3-dot menu) by contacting fi_disbursements@utah.gov.
Once both the disbursement and original PRC are cancelled, the funds will return to the contract. You could then proceed to set up a new PRC, if you need to send the payment from a different contract.
