A2293 Entered Components are not matching with the Registry Components

Issue:

Agencies sometimes receive a component error when they try to process an FD to remove only a single component from a fixed asset with multiple components.

They have tried auto apply and have verified the component is not a base asset when testing the transaction in MA1, but are still getting the same component error:  A2293 - Entered Components are not matching with the Registry Components

Resolution:

Please try the following:

1.  Blank out the Disposition information on the Header:

The system expects that you are disposing the entire asset when this information is populated on the header.

2.  There is a Disposition section on the Component that needs to be populated.  It appears that it has been filled out (or inferred from the header).  

3.  Re-validate and submit.
